"Eggroll-style" flour tortillas stuffed with chicken breast and our Tex-Mex red sauce, deep fried & served with sour cream & salsa.

Mexican Pizza
A special crust topped with red onion, garlic, green chiles, tomatoes, red & green peppers, monterey jack, cheddar cheese and salsa verde. Top your pizza with Texas beef, chicken
or wild mushrooms.

We make our own! Whole jalapenos stuffed, breaded & fried. Stuffing options: chicken, cheese, blackened shrimp & scallops.



Served with Clipper Salsa, sour cream, refried black beans & Spanish rice. Guacamole also available.

Three soft flour tortillas or hard corn tortillas. Choice of Texas beef, chicken or refried black beans.

Chimichanga
Deep fried burrito, choice of Texas beef or chicken.

Chili Relleno
Two whole green chili peppers rolled in an egg batter and fried, stuffed with monterey jack & cheddar cheese, topped with our ranchero sauce.



All our quesadillas are served with Taquito Sauce, sour cream, and Clipper's Salsa. They make a wonderful appetizer for you or your table. For a meal we offer refried beans & Spanish rice with your quesadillas.

Seafood Shrimp & scallops, blackened then fried on a cast iron skillet, w/ jack & cheddar cheese.	Cheese Monterey jack, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese with our Taquito Sauce.

The Clipper Slow Roasted Prime Rib
A generous bone out cut. Served with our horseradish cream sauce, potato and vegetable.

Tequila Shrimp
Jumbo Gulf shrimp sauteed with tequila, banana peppers, taquito sauce, garlic, lime and cream. Served over rice with vegetables.

New York Strip
12 oz. choice New York cut, served with our tequila-green chili butter.

Mayan Pork Chops
Two center cut pork chops, grilled and topped with our mango chutney. Served on a bed of toasted onions with rice and vegetables.
