CHAPTER 1 -- "TAPAS"
Crabmeat Quesadilla
lump crabmeat, Monterey Jack cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, served with sour cream and salsa

Lola's Eastern Shore Crab Dip
crabmeat and artichoke dip served hot in sourdough bread

Oysters Hemingway
baked with cheese, bacon and horseradish

Carribean Spiced Mussels
steamed mussels with sautéed garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, white wine and a touch of caribbean spices

Crab Potstickers
dumplings stuffed with a blend of crabmeat and spices, deep fried and served with an orange serrano glaze

CHAPTER 2 -- "SOUPS AND SALADS"

CHAPTER 3 -- THE OLD MAN & THE SEA -- ENTREES

Crabmeat Tortellini
homemade pasta filled with crabmeat, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, ricotta and parmesan cheese served with a fresh tomato basil sauce

Salmon in Phyllo
filled with salmon, portabello mushrooms and spinach, wrapped in phyllo pastry with a lemon beurre blanc sauce

Coconut Sesame Shrimp
breaded in shredded coconut and sesame seeds, flash-fried to a crunchy outer crispness, served with rice and raspberry chutney

Shrimp and Scallops Dijon
sea scallops, shrimp and julienne vegetables sautéed and finished in a dijon cream sauce served over linguini

Saffron Grilled Catfish
plump catfish seasoned in a saffron marinade and grilled to perfection, served with warm cilantro salsa and rice pilaf

CHAPTER 4 -- OTHER CLASSIC ENTREES

Chicken and Black Bean Roulade
chicken breast stuffed wuth black beans, roasted red peppers, served with a warm cilantro salsa and rice pilaf

Pan Seared Pork Medallions
two medallions of pork, pan seared and finished with a blue cheese cream sauce, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Tournedos Nicoise
medallions of beef sautéed with black olives, anchovies and red wine, served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Garlic Crusted Rack of Lamb
New Zealand rack of lamb with a rosemary demi-glace and a stuffed baked potato

Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms
two char-grilled portabello mushrooms stuffed with a serrano pepper and sundried tomato cream cheese, served with crispy leeks, homemade marinara and a baked potato

New Tork Strip Steak
fourteen ounce New York strip steak grilled to your liking served with a wild forest mushroom demi-glace and mashed potatoes

CHAPTER 5 -- HEMINGWAY'S NOVELLAS (for the lite reader)
Hemingway's Spanish Bull
not for the faint hearted ... filet mignon grilled to order, topped with smothered onions on sourdough bread -- served with french fries and bearnaise sauce (six or eight ounce servings available)

Crabmelt
english muffins topped with crab imperial and cheddar cheese, served with french fries

Crabcake sandwich
"our specialty," served with french fries and homemade tartar sauce

Hamburger
half pound of ground beef with your choice of American, Bleu, Swiss or Cheddar cheese, served with french fries (also available with bacon)

Jerk Chicken Caesar Salad
romaine lettuce tossed with parmesan cheese, homemade croutons and our Hemingway's caesar dressing, topped with grilled chicken breast and marinated in island spices

Dessert selections offered tableside. Now serving cappucino, espresso, cafe au lait and cafe mocha!
