Providing Superior Education & Training to Maryland’s Hospitality Industry

The Restaurant Association of Maryland Education Foundation (RAMEF) is the preferred source of education & training for Maryland‘s hospitality industry. The Foundation provides training and certifications in ServSafe® food safety, responsible alcohol service and HACCP writing. The Foundation also manages Maryland ProStart®, a nationwide, two-year high school program that unites the classroom and industry to develop the best and brightest talent into tomorrow's restaurant and foodservice leaders.
