HACCP Plan Writing Workshops

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans are required for all moderate and high risk foodservice facilities in Maryland. They must be updated whenever there is a change in food processes or procedures that affect at least one Critical Control Point (CCP), or every five years at a minimum.

We offer HACCP Writing Workshops and can also refer you to a consultant to help you write your plan.


HACCP Writing Workshop

In this workshop you will learn the fundamentals of a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and how to write a HACCP plan. You also have the additional benefit of RAMEF as a resource for all of your HACCP questions as you move through the HACCP submission process with your local county health department.


Hire a Consultant

Writing your own HACCP plan saves money, but can be very time-consuming. If you do not have the time to write your own HACCP plan or you are just not interested in doing it yourself, RAMEF can refer you to Independent Consultants who will write the plan for you.
