1 filet grouper (3.5 lbs.)
4 tbs. butter
9 whole mushrooms
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 spring onions
1 pan that is large enough to hold 4 pieces
of grouper
Cut up 3 mushrooms and place
them in the pan together with 3 tablespoons
of butter. On top, lay four even pieces
of fileted grouper. Sprinkle grouper with
bread crumbs and salt. Place sliced onions
over the fish. Cut up 6 mushrooms and sprinkle
them over the contents of the pan. Spread
one tablespoon of butter on top. Cover pan
with aluminum foil and broil in oven for
20 - 25 minutes at 450 degrees.
Remove from the oven and serve, using a
spatula in order to keep each serving of
fish whole.
