Cajun Catfish
McCormick® Ingredient:
McCormick® Golden Dipt® Cajun Style Marinade

Ingredients:
1 cup McCormick® Golden Dipt® Cajun Style Marinade
1 & 1/2 pounds Catfish filets

Method

1. In a shallow glass dish, pour marinade evenly over catfish, let stand 20 - 30 minutes, turning fish several times.

2. Place catfish on an open grill over medium-hot to red-hot coals. Grill fish 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness. (Since fillets are delicate, you may want to use a seafood grill screen, or fish basket, or wrap fish in aluminum foil with holes punched in it.) Turn and baste halfway through grilling.

Suggested Side Dish: Rice Medley
