Sizzlin' Steak Burgers
McCormick® Ingredient: McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning

Ingredients:
1 tsp. McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 pound lean ground beef
4 slices Gouda, Gruyère, Havarti, Jarlsberg or crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Method

1. Preheat grill.
2. Mix steak seasoning into meat and form meat into 4 equal-size patties.
3. Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Add a slice of cheese to each patty 1 minute before cooking is completed.

Yields: 4 servings, 3 ounces each
