Ingredients:
25 boneless pork chops
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsps. Montreal Steak Seasoning
Method:
1. Trim all visible fat from pork chops.
2. Mix bread crumbs with Montreal Steak Seasoning
3. Coat chops with crumb mixture. Place pork chops
in single layer in full-size shallow steam tablepan. 4.
Bake in 350°F oven for 40 minutes. Turn chops after
20 minutes.
5. Alternative method: pan fry chops 7 to 9 minutes
per side.
