Pork Tenderloin (multiple serving)

Ingredients:
9 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup Hickory Smoke Flavored Oil
3/4 cup Pepper Supreme
Method:
Combine mustard, oil, and
Pepper Supreme coat tenderloin. Roast in a preheated
350° oven until proper internal temperature is met.
Let tenderloin stand for approximately 15 minutes to cool.
Slice diagonally into 1/4" slices.
Yield:
24 5-oz. servings
