Bobby began catering in 1983, working
from the kitchen of his mother’s restaurant, which is now a well-known historic establishment in Howard County. His exciting, innovative ideas have expanded the company, which is now the 10th largest in the Baltimore-Washington area, according to The Book of Lists 2007 Magazine.
He has used his skills and energy to expand into a catering company to meet all needs. He is on the Board of Directors of Howard Community
College, a member of NACE, has
numerous awards including Best
Caterer in Howard County in 2004 and 2006.
He has shared his knowledge of the business through teaching classes for Prince George’s Community College working with the Program Coordinator
for workforce development and
continuing education. Bobby’s passion for catering is the force behind Putting On The Ritz.
