- College Transcripts (if applicable)
- Required Essay Questions (based on the scholarships you are applying for; see below)

Letitia B. Carter Scholarship - Describe any personal skills and characteristics that will help you meet the future challenges of the foodservice and hospitality industry.
Marcia S. Harris Scholarship - Marcia has a familiar quote, "Life may not be the party you expected, but while you're here you might as well dance." Please describe what that statement means to you. How can this relate to your foodservice and hospitality career?
Michael Birchenall Scholarship - Michael was passionate about how farmers, growers, and food producers worked with restaurants and grocers. He firmly believed that these groups working together would lead to the betterment of all. Why do you think it is important for local farmers and restaurants to work together?
The Eddie Dopkin First Course Award Honoring Entrepreneurship in Hospitality - Eddie had a tremendous passion for the hospitality industry and an incredible entrepreneurial spirit. What is your passion as it relates to the hospitality industry? What are your entrepreneurial goals and how do you plan to accomplish them?
