ServSafe® Food Handler

The ServSafe Food Handler class is a great first step in ensuring that your employees are trained in food safety. The course is available online or as a private instructor-led course taught by RAMEF. It is a cost-effective way to make sure ALL of your employees have the training they need to protect your guests from foodborne illness.

Class Content

​The ServSafe Food Handler class is a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees.

This two-hour class covers 5 key areas: 
  - Basic food safety
  - Personal Hygiene
  - Cross-Contamination
  - Time & Temperature Controls
  - Cleaning & Sanitation


Even if you are not ready to train all of your employees, ServSafe Food Handler is a great tool to use to provide training to individuals you hope will move up in your organization. Taking the online ServSafe Food Handler course helps them to be more prepared for the full ServSafe Manager course once you are ready to send them.
