On Sunday, August 6th, join RAM and the Department of Agriculture at Baltimore's favorite farmers market for a summer vegetable showdown! This competition will be held at the intersection of Holliday Street and Saratoga Street, and will feature local produce provided by our farmers. Chefs must utilize local, fresh products offered at the market to create their best vegetarian summer dish. The winner will receive a vegetarian Golden Ticket to the WFC Finale in Dallas, TX.

Prep work begins. Chefs may chop, dice, prepare ingredients, mise en place, boil water, heat oil etc. No cooking may being. |

Cooking beings. Announcements will be made when 10 minutes have elapsed, at the half way mark, and a 5 minute countdown. |
