The main building is across the street from Harford Community College.  About ¾ of a mile from Route 22, just past the traffic circle. It's a stand-alone building with the parking lot on the left as you pull into the access road. The main building is on the right.

ServSafe Managers Training and Certification is a nationally recognized food safety credential in the foodservice industry. The audience for this training includes School Nutrition Managers, Supervisors, Directors, and others required to receive a minimum of 8 hours of Food Safety Training for the USDA Professional Standards training requirements. This course meets or exceeds the requirements for local jurisdictions that require food service certification for managers.

This class is only for School Nutrition Managers, School Employees and other Agencies approved by the Maryland State Department of of Education, Office of School & Community Nutrition program. Restaurants and other food service operations are not approved to sign up for this class and must register for the ServSafe classes offered HERE.

The 1-Day Recertification class is an 8-hour class. The exam will be given in the last two hours of the Class.
